Questions

Good to know

What is trenchless sewer repair?

Instead of digging up the whole line, we either install a cured-in-place liner inside the old pipe or pull a new pipe through while bursting the old one. Both avoid trenching across the yard and driveway.

Do you handle the city permit?

Yes. Sewer lateral work requires permits and inspections, and some East Bay cities require a lateral compliance certificate on sale. We handle all of it.

How long does a replacement last?

New HDPE or lined pipe is rated for 50 years or more.
