What to expect

We check supply lines, drain positions, and shutoffs so the new fixture matches your rough-in.

Old fixture out, old sealant and corrosion cleaned off the mounting surface.

New fixture set with fresh supply lines, shutoffs replaced if they are worn.

Every connection checked under pressure. We show you how to operate and maintain it.

Can I buy my own fixture?

Absolutely. Send us the model number ahead of time and we will confirm it fits and bring any adapters needed.

Do you install bidets and smart toilets?

Yes, including the electrical outlet coordination and water supply for bidet seats and integrated units.

How long does a toilet install take?

Usually about an hour, including haul-away of the old one.
